Dogs

I've had dogs on and off throughout my life. As a kid we always had a dog, in fact our German Shepherd saved my life by pulling me out of the street by my diaper. Dogs are so excited about everything life has to offer. They're such agreeable friends, who couldn't love an animal that sees no wrong in you?

Cats

My first cat was introduced into our family when I was just four years old. I grew up with a love affair with cats. They're quiet and calm but curious and crazy, too. What a combination, who can resist the snuggles and nose nudges of a cat?

Parrots

I fell in love with Cockatoos almost 20 years ago. I've had my Umbrella Cockatoo for 18 years and my Citron Crested for 16. They make incredible companions but you really have to be willing to ignore the noise. They're tough and can drive you crazy if you let them, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
